At Finca Calder\u00f3n Enoresort, our wine tourism experiences<\/strong> begin with wine. We\u2019ll welcome you with a glass<\/strong> on arrival, so you can start feeling at home from the very first moment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As we share the secrets behind our winemaking<\/strong>, you\u2019ll discover the most important areas of our bioclimatic winery<\/strong> \u2014 an efficient, sustainable building designed to work in harmony with its surroundings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We\u2019ll walk through the winemaking area<\/strong> and the semi-underground ageing cellar<\/strong>, located beneath a vegetated roof that naturally provides the ideal temperature and humidity for wine ageing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The experience continues with a tasting of three wines, chosen by each guest<\/strong>. These are paired with a selection of local products<\/strong>: zero-kilometre cured meats, artisan cheese and traditional village bread from a nearby bakery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For vegan guests<\/strong> or those with food intolerances<\/strong>, we offer an adapted pairing. If this is your case, please let us know in the \u2018Notes\u2019 section during the booking process and we\u2019ll take it into account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wine tourism visits<\/strong> are available every day of the week<\/strong>, from Monday to Sunday, at different time slots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
