Yes, summer may officially begin on 21 June, but at Finca Calderón we’ve marked another date in red on our own calendar: the ‘¡Hola, Verano!’ event, which this year will take place on Thursday 9 July.
Our first major event of the season features a six-course menu, a selection of wines from Raíces Ibéricas and music from DJ Rafa to accompany an evening designed to celebrate the arrival of summer.
It’s the perfect way to catch up with friends, raise a glass at a leisurely pace and kick off July in style.

If there’s one event that has already earned a permanent place on our calendar and boasts a loyal following, it’s this one.
The Pink Party is back with a six-course dinner paired with organic rosé wines and cavas from Raíces Ibéricas, music from DJ Rafa, and a single requirement that always makes the evening special: come wearing something pink, whether it’s an item of clothing or an accessory.
That evening, we’ll be seeing life through rose-tinted glasses, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

Summer sunsets invite you to slow down. There’s a sense of calm and relaxation, creating the perfect atmosphere for what’s in store on 6 August. It will be the night of our ‘Pairing under the stars’.
Each course on our tasting menu will be paired with a wine and carefully selected and performed musical pieces. An experience where gastronomy, wine and live music come together, thanks, amongst other things, to the sensitivity and mastery of the musicians who will be performing live for us.
An ideal choice for those who enjoy fine dining at a leisurely pace and live music.

It’s not every day that a dinner amongst the vineyards coincides with a total solar eclipse.
We want to make the most of this very special moment to create a unique experience, where gastronomy, astronomy, wine and live music – featuring a piano and cello duo – come together to form an unbeatable combination.
We’ll be sharing all the details of the event to accompany this astronomical phenomenon very soon.
Each guest will receive certified eclipse glasses to enjoy the eclipse in complete safety.
20 August · Sushi & Wines | Bookings opening soon
For sushi lovers, your favourite event is back.
On 20 August, we’ll be bringing together the cuisine of Benori Sushi and the wines of Bodegas Raíces Ibéricas at the same table.
The menu will include two starters, a tasting of ten pieces of sushi per person and dessert. All this will be accompanied by a selection of wines carefully chosen to ensure that every bite finds its perfect pairing.
