The Pink Party is back – one of the most eagerly awaited events of the summer. An evening to toast with our rosé wines and cavas, discover a six-course tasting menu, and enjoy the estate’s courtyard as the sun sets and DJ Rafa provides the soundtrack.
And yes, this year we’re also asking you to add a splash of colour to the event and come dressed in something pink. A shirt, a dress, trainers, a scarf… Together, we’ll paint one of the most fun nights of the summer pink once again.

- Six-course tasting dinner:
· Raspberry gazpacho with feta cheese.
· House-made croquette.
· Toast with beet hummus and smoked sardines.
· Sea bass tiradito with raspberry leche de tigre.
· Mini brioche with lacquered duck, hoisin sauce, and pickles.
· Creamy red berries and strawberriess. - Pairing with cavas and rosé wines from Bodegas Raíces Ibéricas: Cava Pasión Cuvée Brut Rosado, Mariluna rosado y Pasión de Bobal rosado.
