Enjoy a tasting menu created with seasonal ingredients and recipes inspired by local cuisine, reinterpreted with a contemporary touch by our culinary team. The experience is complemented by a selection of organic wines and cavas crafted at our winery, Raíces Ibéricas, carefully chosen to accompany and enhance each dish.
Wine Tour & Tasting Experience
Discover every corner of our winery, a modern bioclimatic building designed in harmony with the sustainable work we carry out in our vineyards. During this guided tour, you will learn how we produce our organic wines and explore some of the winery’s most distinctive spaces, including our barrel room, built beneath a living green roof.
After the visit, you will enjoy a tasting of three wines, accompanied by a selection of artisanal cured meats and cheeses, as well as dark chocolate produced by a local chocolatier.
