Calderón Experience

At Finca Calderón Enoresort, our wine tourism experiences begin with wine. We’ll welcome you with a glass on arrival, so you can start feeling at home from the very first moment.

As we share the secrets behind our winemaking, you’ll discover the most important areas of our bioclimatic winery — an efficient, sustainable building designed to work in harmony with its surroundings.

We’ll walk through the winemaking area and the semi-underground ageing cellar, located beneath a vegetated roof that naturally provides the ideal temperature and humidity for wine ageing.

The experience continues with a tasting of three wines, chosen by each guest. These are paired with a selection of local products: zero-kilometre cured meats, artisan cheese and traditional village bread from a nearby bakery.

For vegan guests or those with food intolerances, we offer an adapted pairing. If this is your case, please let us know in the ‘Notes’ section during the booking process and we’ll take it into account.

Wine tourism visits are available every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, at different time slots.
